My strengths lie in the following areas
- "Business Processes"
- "Product Development"
- "Product Management".
However, by completing these experiences with theoretical knowledge (Marketing/Open University/Lean Six Sigma/Prince II/ITIL), I am not restricted to this sector.
In my view, the three areas are linked closely. In many organizations, Product Development is positioned as a task for Product Management. Both sports are sowhat overlapping, but also require different skills. Moreover, for a Product Manager there is always the recognizable tension between the urgent short term actions and longer term strategic objectives. The strategic product development often comes off worst here.
Of the important skills that are important for Product Development, being
- Business Processes (to develop a new service to secure the organization) and
- Project Management (the project as efficiently as possible),
I bring a rich experience. Moreover, given my experience in customer service environments and my technical background, I speak on the same level with both "The Factory" and the technical development departments.
In short, my commitment will bring perfect "Business Results" benefits when:
- introduction of a new service to be done well
- a service must be secured in the organization
- a customer service organization is unable to guarantee customer satisfaction
- business processes are not in line with the "process-systems-people" balancing
